In searching for my new career I have come to realize that it is important for me to find something new. Thinking about my past jobs, while updating my resume, is TRIGGERING! You see, I am very capable and skilled at being a Software Engineer but my jobs have been filled with microaggression, mansplaining, and gaslighting. Even the job searching process is filled with all of that, with the addition of ageism now.
